Let's Talk Wednesday:
If you have a non-urgent quick query then accessing Let's Talk Wednesday is a weekly opportunity to receive free, confidential, and impartial advice - without the need for an appointment.
Our Advice team will be on hand to offer initial advice, helping to answer or guide you on any questions or concerns that you may have.

*Sessions are first come, first served. To secure your spot on the day, please head to the Advice Service on the first floor in The Hub. Sessions run every Wednesday from 22nd September-28th November 2025, 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.

For more complex or urgent queries please complete our Contact Form below as this will help us identify you, understand the advice that you require, and triage your needs and urgency of advice needed.
Tips:
- Complete the form as fully as possible.
- Be clear and concise on the situation and the advice you need.
- Attach copies of any relevant documents, i.e. a university decision you are unhappy with.
- Tick the 'I'm not a robot' box otherwise your form will not be sent.
Be Aware:
- If you are a Christ Church student please contact your Advice Team directly.
- If you are a University of Kent student but not registered at Medway please complete the main Kent Union Contact Form.
- If you are a University of Greenwich student but not registered at Medway please complete the main Greenwich Student Union Contact Form.
- If you are a University of Greenwich student and have a general query you may be able to find the answer via the Digitial Student Centre.
Our Process:
- We aim to reply within 1-2 working days but at busy times it may take us longer.
- The Medway Advice Service is open Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays and Student Union/University closure periods).
- After your initial contact, if on-going advice is required, this can continue to be provided via email if preferred but we also offer telephone, Teams, and in-person options as well.
- When emailing our service the Advice Service Privacy Notice applies.
