Below are some useful links if you, or someone you know, needs to talk to someone to find out more about mental health support.
Crisis
If you feel that you're at crisis point, or you know someone else is, then it is important to get help.
Our Emergency Advice page and Health page have some good guidance and information. Each university also has guidance for anyone who needs emergency support:
Buddy Scheme
The Buddy Scheme is a relaxed peer-to-peer network that aims to help students settle into life at Medway and support them throughout their university journey. Kent Union run the scheme for the University of Kent and if you study with the University of Greenwich you can contact your Faculty to see if they have any similar schemes.
The Student Union also offer a 'Medway Mates' scheme to help you find new friends while at university.

Chaplaincy
