Nathan consistently went the extra mile to support both students and staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he was always willing to help wherever needed.
Nathan was employed by the University of Greenwich as a Student Ambassador based in The Hub at Medway. His role was to support new students during the Welcome periods for both the September and January intakes. I often observed Nathan interacting with students, both new and returning, checking in with them by asking how they had been and whether they were finding their way around campus.
During events, Nathan actively encouraged students to participate and helped introduce new students to others, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Nathan consistently went the extra mile to support both students and staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he was always willing to help wherever needed. What was nice to see was students coming in to the hub and shaking his hand, indicating new friendships, a sense of belonging and enhancing the "Student Experience".
