Mihaela promotes and actively invites students in the space to join her sessions, showing she takes initiative and understands what it will take to grow her society.
Miheala has recently started the Colouring Society at Medway campus, she is very enthusiastic and driven about growing the club and offering a space for students to make friends and unwind in. Mihaela has expanded the society activity from one weekly session during lunch times to two sessions a week – one at lunch time and one in the evening. Not only rapdily increasing the offering of her society but this was driven by her commitment to be more inclusive and offer chances to students who are busy in the day time. Her first steps towards creating a group is thoughtful and inclusive.
