Danielle Broadhurst

Danielle has made a significant contribution to the student community through her role as a Student Trustee and as a co-creator of the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Association. Through these roles, she has worked to strengthen representation and community for postgraduate research students.  As a Student Trustee, Danielle brings thoughtful contributions to discussions about the direction and governance of GSU, ensuring that student perspectives are considered in decision-making. She engages constructively with strategic conversations and demonstrates a clear commitment to improving the student experience.  Danielle also played a key role in establishing the PGR Association, helping to create a space where postgraduate research students can connect, share experiences, and have their voices represented. This initiative has strengthened community among PGR students and created new opportunities for engagement and collaboration.  Danielle is a natural leader who shows genuine care for her student community. Her dedication, initiative, and collaborative approach have made a meaningful difference for postgraduate research students and for the wider student community at GSU.
