Members will travel to a designated ski centre to participate in recreational skiing. The activity will consist of a combination of organised ski lessons and independent/free skiing, depending on each member’s experience and ability.
Members will have the opportunity to take ski lessons to develop their skills and confidence on the slopes, while those with appropriate prior experience may choose to participate in free skiing in the designated ski area. Members will be responsible for selecting the appropriate activity for their own ability level and following all instructions, rules and safety requirements provided by the ski centre and instructors.
Transport to and from the ski centre will be arranged independently by members. Members will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements and ensuring they arrive at the designated meeting point at the required time.
All participants will be required to follow the ski centre’s safety guidance and any instructions provided by qualified instructors or staff throughout the activity. Appropriate skiing and safety equipment will be required and arranged by members in accordance with the ski centre's requirements.
