About this event

This October, Jollof Nights™ the award-winning grassroots wellbeing model created by Ndukauba CIC comes to the University of Greenwich campus for a special men’s-only edition.

This special edition is designed for students navigating the pressures of university life, academic stress, social isolation, cultural adjustment or culture shock, and the silent battles many face alone.

We’ll be unpacking one of the most urgent conversations of our time:

Managing Stress, Anxiety, Loneliness & Depression.

University can be an exciting chapter, but it can also feel overwhelming, especially for men balancing expectations, finances, and identity   often without an outlet to talk.

Jollof Nights™ creates that outlet — a safe, grounded space where men can connect, eat, reflect, and learn from one another.

What to expect

• A men-only safe space for open, judgement-free conversation

• Guided discussions about stress, emotional wellbeing, and balance

• Practical insights on managing anxiety, loneliness, and pressure

• A warm plate of Jollof rice, shared with meaning

• Real connections that extend beyond the evening

This isn’t therapy — it’s honest conversation and brotherhood, built around culture and care.
