Looking to try a new sport or get active in a fun, pressure-free way? Our Give It a Go (GIAG) Sport Sessions are perfect for anyone wanting to move more, meet new people, and sample different sports in a relaxed environment.

Each session is beginner-friendly and open to all abilities, with simple rules, supportive facilitators, and a focus on enjoyment rather than competition. Whether you’re completely new or just getting back into sport, GIAG is all about giving it a go.
